Welcome to Slick & Click. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our related Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

1. About us

Slick & Click is a creative design company. We sell physical products and offer custom design services

2. Using our website

• You must use the site lawfully and respectfully
• You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse the store
• Product images are for presentation; slight differences in wood grain, print color, or finish can occur
• We may update product availability, prices, and content without prior notice

3. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example, due to stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your area). A contract is formed when we confirm the order and/or take payment / arrange COD.

You confirm that the information you provide (name, phone, address) is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a purchase.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or confirmed for custom orders (Paymob Via a Payment Gateway, COD, etc.)

5. Product options & custom work

• Coaster set options (e.g. 4 pieces / 6 pieces) and other choices selected at purchase form part of your order
• Custom requests (custom clocks, messaging, bespoke sets) may require design approval and a separate timeline/quote
• Approved custom artwork or specifications become the basis of production; later changes may add cost or delay
• Custom items are generally non-refundable except for manufacturing defects (see Refund Policy for more details)

6. Shipping & returns

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All branding, ZYRA storytelling, logos, product designs, website copy, photos, and graphics are owned by Slick & Click or used under license. You may not copy, resell, or commercially reproduce our designs without written permission. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not the underlying design rights.

Yara’s World and related artworks may include AI-assisted design. Commercial redistribution of scans or digital copies is not permitted.

8. Reviews & user content

If you send photos, testimonials, or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them for marketing with credit where reasonable, unless you ask us not to.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.
